DNA AIR FILTER H/D XR 1200 2008-12

We proudly announce the official release of the P-HD12S08-01 DNA air filter, specially designed for the Harley Davidson XR models.

• This New DNA filter is designed to replace the stock HD paper air filter without any modifications; the High quality DNA filtering material increases air flow, power and torque.
• Installation of the filter is NOT so easy; the air box must be removed from the bike by a trained mechanic, following the information that can be found in the Harley Davidson workshop manual; then the old filter must be removed and the DNA installed following the DNA instructions included with the P-HD12S08-01 DNA filter.
• The filtering efficiency is extremely high at 98-99% filtering efficiency, with 4 layers of DNA Cotton, filter is oiled and ready for installation.

(Filtering efficiency is the amount of "dirt" the filter can maintain (stop) and protect the engine efficiently. For example the DNA Filter for every 100 grams of dirt that it will receive, it will hold 98-99 grams, this applies even to fine dirt as small as 5 microns.)

• The flow of the filter is +28,99 % more than the HD stock paper filter, at 111,90 CFM (Cubic feet per minute) @ 1,5" H₂O compared to the stock filter at 86,75 CFM.
